As the last part of my masters' studies I did my designed a service-desk system for JCC Software. Interaction and interface design were applied to design two applications which together form a new service-desk system for JCC Software. This includes the re-design of the internally employed ticketing system ‘JCC-Meldingen’ and the newly developed external client portal ‘JCC-Klantenportaal’. The design was tested through usability testing at several municipalities in the Netherlands, using prototypes built in Axure RP.
